MP 2322 Leads Operation Lifesaver Special  Editors Pick! Contributor's Pick!
One of the great things about train spotting in the New Orleans area was the large assortment of railroads. This five railroad assortment also carried the governor of Louisiana with the MP, ICG, KCS, SP and UP all represented on this trip. The train is headed west and coming off the Huey P. Long brdge. My friends with the MP who invited me to ride could not understand why I chose not to ride. This scene will never happen again.
